Nogué, Joan; Puigbert, Laura; Bretcha, Gemma (eds.) (2009). Ordenació i gestió del paisatge a Europa. Olot: The Landscape Observatory de Catalunya. (Plecs de Paisatge; Eines; 2). ISBN: 978-84-613-5010-0.
The book focuses on the three tools created and developed by the Catalan Act on Landscape and the accompanying regulation: the landscape catalogues of Catalonia, landscape impact and integration studies and landscape charters. By assessing the implementation of such instruments within a European-wide comparative study, it presents interesting contributions by leading French, Swiss, Italian, Dutch and British experts. The book is aimed at offering a sample of the European experiences on this subject, thus enabling every reader who may be interested on the topic to use them as benchmarks when analyzing the Catalan experience.
