Document prepared with the collaboration of the Environment, Public Health, Municipal Engineering and Territory Area, and the Territory Assistance Area - Roads of the Tarragona Provincial Council. As a result of this collaboration, 14 roads of scenic interest have been identified within the road network of the Tarragona Provincial Council. The document analyses these roads as active generators of leisure experiences, creators of heritage value and at the service of culture and local development.
