Data Protection
The purpose of these documents is to describe the security measures, policies, procedures, rules, and standards adopted by the Observatory regarding the processing of personal data, in order to ensure the security of such data and prevent their alteration, loss, or processing or access by unauthorized persons.
ARCO rights
ARCO rights are the rights that all individuals can exercise in relation to their personal data and, therefore, all entities are obliged to guarantee their compliance. These rights are recognized in Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data.
